Who we are & what we do
Muyu is a cultural incubator located in Jersey City, dedicated to empowering low-income creatives. We foster connections and nurture an expanding definition of creative expression by organizing community markets, facilitating skill-sharing initiatives, and curating exhibitions that celebrate the richness of underrepresented stories and histories. Our medium-term vision includes acquiring land to reopen our community center and urban farm, serving as a direct response to displacement and colonial violence.
